Based on the success of the Green Response report, Essity commissioned OnePoll and sister agency 72Point to create the Global Workplace Diversity Report, their next research deep dive. The aim of the research was to find in which parts of the world companies are generally getting diversity, equity and inclusion right from the perspective of their employees, and in which parts of the world there are opportunities to improve as Essity themselves focus on their own journey towards creating a more diverse, equitable and inclusive workforce.
Our sister design agency Oath created a responsive microsite that included an interactive map highlighting the results from the 10 countries included in the survey and two case study videos from the UK, filmed as part of a wider launch campaign with sister agency 72Point. They also created a ‘How diverse is your workplace?’ quiz allowing readers to see how their employers compare when it comes to diversity and inclusion.
