AXA UK launched an initiative to provide 6 UK startups with 12 months insurance, £25k and mentorship from some of Britain’s leading entrepreneurs.
To support this, OnePoll conducted research among a nationally representative sample of 2,000 UK adults as well as 500 small business owners with under 9 employees.
Over 50% of Brits admire how hard-working small business owners are, but a quarter don’t want the stress of becoming their own boss. A fifth had borrowed financially from family and 44% leant primarily on their partner for emotional support.
The data was used to generate the Startup Report and secure national news coverage.
